At ANIMAL Physiotherapy Services, we pride ourselves on being one of the world leaders in qualified Animal Physiotherapy, with an emphasis on research projects to ensure our treatments are science-based and state-of-the-art.

For several years now, we have been the service of choice for many veterinarians throughout New South Wales, and we will continue to improve our level of service to our referring vets, our clients and our patients in the coming months by providing even more effective and innovative treatments and responding promptly to demand for new products and services.

We also work hard to educate pet health professionals throughout the world via scientific articles, book publications and practical courses – please enquire if you’d like further information.

We look forward to hearing from you so that you can explain your needs and concerns so that we can help your pet as soon as possible. We apologise, however, that our staff is often unable to answer the phone because we are treating patients or otherwise out of the office, so please always try emailing first, or read on for appropriate action in an emergency.

**While waiting for us to reply, why not try our free app: http://myapp.is/DogMassage** We look forward to hearing how much your dog likes it!

NEW CLIENTS: Even if your Vet has organised your pet’s physiotherapy appointment directly, please email us, to ensure that all relevant information is brought to the first appointment.

For example, we need to know if your pet has any food allergies, behavioural issues, and any other concerns you may have, so that our physiotherapists can prepare properly for your appointment. (Make sure you tell us your pet’s name, too – a happy snap of your friendly feline or crazy canine is always much appreciated, too, as it helps put a face to the story when preparing!)

PLEASE format the subject in your email  (pet’s name) the (breed)

EXISTING CLIENTS: In an emergency, please contact the hospital you normally visit if you are unable to reach us.

Remember: your pet should NEVER be worse after physiotherapy! If you are worried, please leave a message or email us and we will get back to you as quickly as possible. Please do NOT continue with the homework until you receive further instructions. We would rather you get in touch ‘just in case’ than continue on with any confusion….
