Before coming to your first appointment, please download an introductory pack so we can work better together to help your pet. We have specific introductory packs for specific kinds of conditions, or your pet may need a general pack – please email our team leader, Helen, directly if this is the case or you are not sure which category your pet belongs to.

We apologise in advance that some parts of the introductory packs are a bit long and boring – the lawyer had a lovely time merging our obligations under both the physiotherapy and veterinary laws!

Please note also that all introductory packs have a consent form and an assessment form – it would be a marvelous help if you could bring these forms already completed to the first appointment!
