Introductory Packs

Before coming to your first appointment, please download an introductory pack so we can work better together to help your pet. We have specific introductory packs for some conditions and are constantly developing others. In the meantime, if your pet is not covered by one of the specific packs, please download a general one and email Helen if you have any further questions about your pet's specific problem.

  • Arthritis Introductory Pack (affecting any part of the body) - p1, p2, p3, p4

  • Cruciate Ligament Introductory Pack (either surgically or conservatively managed, chronic or acute, bilateral or unilateral) - p1, p2, p3, p4

  • Neurological Introductory Pack (regardless of species - Helen's actually taught a kangaroo to "walk" again!) - p1, p2, p3, p4

For all other conditions:

  • General Introductory Pack - p1, p2, p3

Please note, once you start Physiotherapy, you will need a Progress Report, which is available in either Word or Excel format from the link at the top of this page (see the "Progress" button on the right).
